Booking refund policy

These terms apply to stays booked and paid for directly with Garage Number 9.

7 days or more before arrival

Full refund of your booking payment.

3 to 6 days before arrival

50% refund of your booking payment.

Less than 3 days before arrival

No refund for guest cancellations.

Email hello@garagenumber9.com with your name and booking dates to request a cancellation and any applicable refund.

For bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation terms shown on that platform apply.
